Step 3: Measure Your Bust (for full-body shapewear or bodysuits)

If you’re shopping for a bodysuit or shapewear that covers your upper body, measure the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape snug but comfortable and ensure it stays straight across your back. Take note of the number in inches.

Step 4: Measure Your Thighs (for thigh-length shapewear)

For shapewear that includes your thighs, measure around the thickest part of your thigh. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight. Record this measurement in inches.

How should this shapewear feel when I first put it on?

How do I choose the right size?

What if I'm between two sizes?

Size up. You'll still get beautiful smoothing and support, and it'll feel comfortable enough to wear all day. The shaping is built into the structure of the garment, not just the tightness.

Why does it feel tight when I put it on?

It's a shaping garment designed to stretch over your body and hold everything gently in place. Pull it on from your feet upward, like tights, and let it settle as you go. Once adjusted, it should feel comfortably supportive.

Will this show under my clothes?

No, this shapewear is designed to look smooth and seamless under most everyday dresses, pants, and skirts. Very thin or clingy fabrics may show edges depending on fit and lighting. Choosing the right size and smoothing the garment once it's on helps minimize visible lines.

What if I have a longer torso or want more room through the stride?
